At D. Monae, we take great pride in the craftsmanship that goes into our hand-sewn products, which is why we do not offer refunds. Due to the materials used and the time invested in each piece, we encourage our customers to carefully consider their purchases. If you buy a custom piece, we allow one-time alterations to ensure your satisfaction with the final product. Due to an emergency on D. Monae's behalf, refunds will be refunded!

For our non-local customers, we offer a process for custom pieces. If you need alterations, simply return the item using the provided return label. You can email us pictures or schedule a video chat to discuss the necessary adjustments. We recommend having a measuring tape handy or knowing your measurements to ensure the best fit for your custom piece. Thank you for your understanding and support!
